Terms of Service

 1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the online store available at (“Store”).

The Store provides digital services related to online business growth, including but not limited to:

  • branding and positioning strategies

  • marketing and lead generation systems

  • sales frameworks

  • digital reports, strategies, and consulting services

  • access to dedicated account or performance support

These Terms apply to both Consumers and Business Customers using the Store.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Consumer – an individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession

  • Customer – any person or entity purchasing services through the Store

  • Business Customer / Entrepreneur – a person or entity acting in the course of business

  • Seller – the operator of the Store, as defined in Section 13

  • Store – the online store.

  • Digital Service – any non-physical service or digital content offered in the Store

  • Order – a Customer’s request to purchase a Digital Service

  • Sales Agreement – a contract concluded remotely between the Customer and the Seller

  • Electronic Content – digital files, materials, reports, strategies, or access delivered electronically


3. Technical Requirements

To use the Store, the Customer must have:

  • an internet-enabled device with a modern web browser

  • an active email address

  • cookies enabled

The Seller is not responsible for issues caused by incompatible hardware or software.


4. Prices & Payments

  • Prices displayed in the Store are net prices (VAT excluded).

  • VAT is settled using the VAT reverse charge mechanism, where applicable.

  • The total payable amount is clearly shown before checkout.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • bank transfer

  • debit or credit card

  • BLIK

  • electronic wallets (e.g. Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard)

Payments are processed via external payment providers.


5. Order Process

To place an Order, the Customer must:

  1. Select a Digital Service or plan

  2. Proceed to checkout

  3. Provide required information

  4. Complete payment

After successful payment:

  • the Customer receives email confirmation

  • access to the Digital Service or instructions are delivered electronically

The Sales Agreement is concluded once the confirmation email is sent.


6. Delivery of Digital Services

  • Digital Services are delivered electronically immediately or according to the agreed schedule.

  • Delivery may include files, access links, instructions, or onboarding communication.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the provided email address is correct.


7. Nature of the Services & Disclaimer

  • All Digital Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

  • They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

  • The Seller does not guarantee specific business, financial, or marketing results.

The Customer is solely responsible for decisions made based on the provided materials.


8. Right of Withdrawal (UK / EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU and UK consumer law:

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to Digital Services once performance has begun, provided that:

    • the Consumer gave explicit consent, and

    • the Consumer acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal

Because Digital Services are delivered immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal expires at the moment delivery begins.


9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refunds After Service Commencement

Once work has started or Digital Services have been delivered, all sales are final.

Refunds Before Commencement

A full refund may be requested within 3 business days of payment, provided that:

  • work has not started

  • no digital materials have been delivered

Quality Concerns

If the Customer believes the service does not meet agreed specifications:

  • issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • the Seller may offer revisions or partial compensation, at its discretion

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without prior contact is considered a breach of these Terms. Customers must first attempt resolution via direct contact.


10. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted via email.

  • Complaints are reviewed within 14 days

  • The Customer will be informed of the outcome via email

No warranty applies to Digital Services unless required by mandatory law.


11. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (UK / EU Version).

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to conclude a Sales Agreement.


12. Amendments to the Terms

The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms where required by:

  • changes in law

  • changes in services, payments, or delivery methods

Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the website.


13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

For Customers located in the UK or EU, these Terms are governed by:

  • applicable EU consumer protection laws, and

  • UK consumer protection laws, where relevant

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
