No Refund Policy
All online courses, training programs, and individual online training services (1-on-1, mentoring, coaching, or done-with-you services) are:
digital,
non-tangible, and
delivered immediately or according to a predefined schedule.
For these services, no refunds are provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
lack of usage or participation
change of mind
dissatisfaction with pace or personal results
Once access is granted or the first session is scheduled, the service is considered fully commenced.
3. Digital & Customized Services
All other digital services (including strategy development, systems setup, consulting, reports, or marketing-related services) are customized and non-tangible.
Once:
work has started, or
any digital materials, access, or deliverables have been provided
the sale is final and non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
4. Refund Requests Before Service Commencement
(Non-course services only)
A refund request may be considered only if:
the request is submitted within 3 business days of payment, and
no work has started, and
no access, materials, onboarding, or sessions have been provided
Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
This section does not apply to online courses or individual online training.
5. Quality Concerns
If you believe that a delivered service (excluding courses and individual training) does not meet the agreed scope or specifications, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
At our discretion, we may:
provide revisions, or
offer partial compensation
Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Revisions are provided only in accordance with:
the individual service agreement, or
the approved proposal or scope of work
Requests outside the agreed revision terms may incur additional fees.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a breach of this Refund Policy.
Customers must attempt to resolve issues directly with us before involving payment providers.
8. Consumer Rights (UK & EU)
In accordance with UK and EU consumer protection laws:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content or services once performance has begun, provided that the Consumer:
has given explicit consent, and
has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal
As access to courses and training services is typically granted immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal expires at that moment.
